Welcome to POP Store (mypopstore.co). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

All phone cases are print-on-demand products. Each item is produced individually by our fulfilment partner, Printful, after your order is placed. We do not hold physical stock.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

EU: 5–10 business days (Standard EU, €3.99)
US & Canada: 7–14 business days (Standard US, €4.99)
International: 10–20 business days (€6.99)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production or carrier delays. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

Manufacturing defects are covered — we will replace the item free of charge.
We cannot accept returns for incorrect size/model if the customer selected the wrong variant.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs on this store are the intellectual property of POP Store. Reproduction or resale of our designs without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

POP Store is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
